Jeff was on top of the ball. He had me send him Pinterest pictures for our engagement photos and wedding. This make our two shoots extremely efficient. He responds lightening quick to emails and send you tidbits that can help you along your planning and wedding day. He made sure that my entire wedding party felt included and comfortable. He is amazing to work with if you don't hire him you are missing out.
Holy Moly! Karena at Garden Path was fantastic! We hired her as our florist as well as our planner/Day of coordinator for our wedding. She was perfect. She helped keep our planing on track with timelines and lists and never once did we feel pressured or rushed in any of it. When deciding on flowers Karen knew exactly what I wanted and could understand my florally uneducated ramblings while trying to explain my vision. At one point i had a little hiccup with a vendor and she went way above and beyond and got it all cleared up, plus some. She was very take charge for the rehearsal and day of, and I couldn't be happier about it. I very highly recommend Karen at Garden Path!!
Hands down I would recommend Laura with Blush and Bay for a wedding florist and wedding coordinator. Laura is so wonderful to work with. While juggling many events and weddings, she makes you feel as though your wedding is her one and only priority! She is totally on top of it and is willing to go above and beyond to make your day amazing. Laura was one of my favorite vendors and you will not be disappointed if you choose blush and bay. Not to mention.. the flowers.... wow! amazing!!!
We used Modern Edge for our wedding this past Saturday and couldn't have been happier. It was absolutely wonderful to work with Karen - she made everything so painless. The food was amazing - we had so many compliments from our guests. They answered all of my questions - and helped with all aspects of the wedding and setup and tear down of the event. I contacted Ray Stengl of Blue Sky Disc Jockey Services in late July to see if he was the right one to provide sound and DJ services for my September 28th (2013) wedding. Honestly, it might have been the single best decision I made throughout the course of preparing for my special day. He and his wife, Diane, started out by asking all the right questions (ones I had not thought of). They mentored me through the planning process, and were available for light & sounds checks, as well as rehearsals with the vocalists (A HUGE thank you to Diane for helping coordinate the sequence of events for the ceremony - I know it was like herding cats, but the ceremony would not have gone smoothly if you had not stepped in!). The music was perfect, and everything went exactly as planned! And by the way - Ray has a great speaking voice! I had numerous guests come up and tell me what a great DJ I had!! My daughter lives in Florida and wanted to get married in her home state of Colorado. I found Trenda with Unique Moments Event Planning on Thumbtack. Trenda was easily accessible and very professional. She met with me immediately. She did not impose her ideas on us and willingly listened to and incorporated our ideas and theme. She had great ideas to make our wants and needs better. She handled all of the coordination with the venue and vendors with ease and accomplishment. Mary is amazing!!! I was impressed from my first conversation with her through the last! She was so incredibly organized and took all the stress off me for the day of. She brought my vision to life and really worked with me on what I did and did not want for the day of. She ran and managed the rehearsal which was such a blessing! She took charge and made sure we all knew where we needed to be- and if you knew my bridal party was very much needed and appreciated! She allowed us to have unlimited phone calls/emails/in person emails. She also drove down to see me and the venue on multiple occasions which was amazing! Her team on the day of was also incredible! They kept us on time without being pushy or overwhelming. They worked so well with the venue and vendor staff as well. My wedding day would NOT have been the same without her. Thank you Mary!!
I contacted multiple wedding coordinators about 7 months before my wedding and Cheryl Lynn responded to my email within 20 minutes (some coordinators didn't get back to me for a week!) with a detailed list of services she could provide and a very reasonable price. It was her professionalism and enthusiasm that convinced me that she would be the best fit for our wedding. And I was right! Even though I only contracted her for day-of-wedding service, she met with me and my fiance several times, even walking through the venue with us and attending the dress rehearsal. She promptly and patiently answered every phone call and email I sent her, even if it was about something trivial like linens or programs. I came to value her experience and advice so much when negotiating vendors and creating the perfect day. On the day of the wedding, Cheryl Lynn and her staff at An Essential Event were on their game and oversaw so many small details that I was amazed they remembered everything I asked them to take care of - from water bottles for my bridal party to gratuities for my vendors. They were so thoughtful and boxed up some leftovers for my husband and me to take back to our honeymoon suite. The only ripple in the day was that the centerpieces were upside down (to be fair, it was a difficult design feature to assemble), but nobody really noticed except my sister who had purchased them for me. Every one of my guests said they had enjoyed the day, and I can't imagine that it would have been so smooth without Cheryl Lynn and her staff. I truly would have paid three times what I did for this exceptional service, and I wish I had more engaged friends in Denver - I would send them to her in a heartbeat!
Simply Stunning Perfection! That was the way my guests described my September wedding put on by Milk Glass Productions. My finance and I could not be more pleased with how amazing and beautiful everything turned out. From the day we got engaged up until months after our wedding day, one thing we can agree on is that hiring Milk Glass Productions was the best decision we made throughout the entire process. Carly Witzburg, owner, and her team were beyond amazing to work with-- always readily available, thoughtful, creative, and had an amazing attention to detail. We would have been truly lost without them! She took on all of the stresses that usually come with planning these types of things, which gave us the freedom to enjoy ourselves and celebrate with our family and friends. Most importantly, we felt like she truly cared about it all--almost as if it were her own wedding! I can't say enough. I would recommend Swayzak Entertainment to anyone needing an affordable and experienced professional entertainment company. Our DJ, Nick provided the entertainment for our grandparent's 40th anniversary. Not only did he have an extensive knowledge of music from the various decades, the way he was able to read the audience and play what seemed like the perfect song every time was such a treat. Where some DJs may be most interested in simply setting up, playing, getting food, getting paid and leaving as soon as possible, Swayzak Entertainment was flexible with the set-up times (they set up the night before to ensure that they were not in our way and vice versa) and arrived early the day of the event and lent a hand in setting up. I can not say enough about how pleased we were and at a price we couldn't turn down.
Christi is the wedding coordinator everyone dreams to hire. She was amazing. I feel so lucky to have found her. My wedding would not have been as perfect and wonderful without her. From the beginning Christi was great about checking in and very professional. Her skills and knowledge of running an event are exceptional. Sangeeta assisted with specific assignments for our daughters' wedding that we agreed upon in our contract stages and she executed them perfectly. She was trusted with all our valuables on the wedding day and she made sure we came back home with nothing lost. Sangeeta interacted effectively with all our various vendors, including the wedding coordinator, photographer/videographer, and the wedding decor company. I am sure that her charisma, organizational and people skills will prove to be a valuable asset to all events. Most importantly, she was also the bride's companion for the Sangeet and wedding day events and Sangeeta made sure the bride had everything she needed to remain calm and comfortable on the most important day of her life. I was looking for someone to make and deliver a special meal to my daughter and her husband who had recently had their first baby and her in-laws were going to be visiting. Matt was wonderful to work with, and all was done via email, phone calls and text as I live in Massachusetts and Mateos Catering is in Fountain Colorado. I was given a wide selection of foods to choose from and he quoted me $25 per person. The dinner was arranged about a week in advance and I added NE clam chowder two days before delivery and he accommodated no problem. After Matt made his delivery he sent me a quick text to let me know. My daughter called later that night and said Matt was very nice and he came wearing a chefs uniform and took out the food and put it in pans to keep warm and have it ready for her dinner, my daughter said "It was like having our own personal chef!" The food was delicious and they had plenty left overs. My daughter was able to relax in her own home and not go out to a restaurant with their newborn. Dinner consisted of Spinach artichoke dip with fresh vegetables and home made chips, NE clam chowder, house salad with dressing and chicken francaise with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Dinner for 4 delivered and freshly made $133.20 before tip!! Making my daughter comfortable in her own home (very far away) with her in-laws.......PRICELESS!!!!
I loved working with Sarah. She took care of absolutely everything on the big day and made me feel completely at ease along the way. Most importantly she was kind and a joy to have around. On your wedding day you just want to be surrounded by nice people who make you feel comfortable, and she was exactly that. If I had to do it all over I would hire her again.

I have worked with Chef Scarlett on several occasions over the last 10 years. The quality of her efforts have been nothing short of outstanding. I even got her to cater my wedding. She is one of those rare individuals that can completely understand what you are intending to communicate that then deliver it literally on a silver platter. Her recognition of the differences between taste and TASTE is without equal. I cannot overstate how completely I have been satisfied with her work (from breakfast to midnight snacks I might add).
I am so thankful for Teresa. She helped out with last minute things to do with the venders and I felt so prepared and organize the day of my wedding. She provided us with a detailed timeline for the rehearsal and wedding. She helped run everything and was always aware and alert of anything that came up that day. I didn't realize everything that was going on behind my back that she just handled. I had nothing to worry about, I felt so taken care of knowing she handling all the small details. I highly recommend Teresa. I don't know how I would've done my wedding without her.
Even though I had selected a resort for my destination wedding prior to speaking with Jenni, after I spoke with her and explained what I wanted in a resort, I asked her opinion (because I was still open to other possible options) I quickly booked our wedding at an even better location for us that better met our requests and visions for our special day. Now that the planning is underway, I've grown to think of Jenni as a friend. She's very kind, warm and interested in making sure our wedding is all we dreamed of - and because of her excellent reputation, our resort is giving us some extra perks! It's no secret there's lot that goes into planning a wedding, and my wedding was no exception. With over 150 guests, and less than a year to plan, I was so fortunate to have the help of Selcouth, who stepped in and coordinated the perfect wedding! Not only were they fully involved on the day of my wedding, they supported me in every step throughout the planning process. Selcouth attended meetings with our venue and different vendors, and helped oversee details from centerpieces to the music, I knew that I could trust the ladies at Selcouth in every possible way during this exciting but hectic time! They even joined in on a Flash mob my bridesmaids surprised me with! How special! The day of my wedding could not have been more perfect for me and my husband. I know for a fact that my family and I did not have a worry on the day of my wedding because Selcouth Events did such a seamless job!
Melanie and Ashlee of Kimberly Rose events were crucial to every part of my wedding and made the whole day truly extraordinary. When I first met with Melanie, she informed me that she had never before planned a wedding of my size (300 invited 220 in attendance). I nevertheless took a chance on her because she was by far the most professional, kind, and committed person I had met with. (I met with 4 other Boulder/Denver wedding planners in total.) That decision paid off ten-fold. Although I only hired them as day-of planners, Melanie and Ashlee were extremely devoted and helpful to me throughout the entire six month pre-wedding planning process. They were always organized and thoughtful and far exceeded my expectations in every regard. Their creativity was truly impressive, but they alway put what I wanted first. On the day of the wedding, everything was flawless and it seemed like they had been doing this for 20 years. I give them my highest recommendations and cannot thank them enough. I truly had the wedding of my dreams.

Leading up to the wedding, she was able to anticipate our needs, so that day-of we could just enjoy ourselves. We chose Big Daddy's catering for our wedding day. We chose two main courses and three apetizers, and every bite of it was perfect. Joshua made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing on our day. Everything was great, and went smooth. Food was set up on time, warm and delicious! I would definitely choose their service again!
Ellie was wonderful! We had a consultation with a couple of other wedding planners and no one really stood out. Before we had even met her, Ellie was asking if we needed any help with anything. When I told her we were having a hard time getting an appointment with a cupcake shop to test the cupcakes for the wedding, Ellie provided us with a few other cupcake shops. We had not met Ellie yet and she was already making our lives easier. Our wedding was low key and we mostly needed Ellie for the rehearsal and the day of, she emailed us all the way up to the day of the wedding, making sure that we were on track. She drove from Colorado Springs to Conifer (wedding venue) twice to meet with us and see how things were going (I am pretty sure she would have gone up more if she needed too). She picked up the cupcakes and flowers the day of and made sure that everything was going smoothly. Ellie is very professional and has a wonderful personality. My entire family loved her! She started out as a wedding planner and ended up a friend! I would recommend her to anyone!
