Browse these deck waterproofing contractors with great ratings from Thumbtack customers in Colorado Springs.
Fixed broken sprinkler system. He was able to weld new components as opposed to replacing the whole piece. Was flexible around my schedule. Not only do I strongly recommend Glen I have already hired him to perform additional work around my yard to include tree trimming, concrete work and deck repair- top notch
These guys did a great job repairing our deck. They were on time, efficient, very reasonably priced, and did quality work. Highly recommend!
We are in the process of using Victor to replace our fence and he has been one of the best contractors we have worked with. On time, thorough, and clean (even working through some of the extra winter we had this year). He went above and beyond to make sure the foundational aspects of the install were solid (we highly recommend steel posts). He also gave us a great price on an upgrade to metal frames for our gates. The quality of his work is one of the cleanest we have seen and we feel confident that the only portion of the fence we will ever need to replace is the wood when it finally wears out. Thanks Vic.
He is amazing! Hard worker and dedicated to his job 110%. He built my deck in a snowstorm two days in a row, anyone who hires him is extremely lucky!! Thank you Ryan!-Amber=)
O'Shay worked very hard to repair our deck in a timely manner. We really appreciate the quality of work and price. Thank you!
We had an exceptional experience! With a new contruction home we have been dealing with many contractors and he was by far the best. Full communication, punctual, reasonably priced and quality work. Nothing but positive!
We're selling our home and needed to get our deck stairs replaced by a licensed and insured contractor in order to complete our inspection objection from our buyers. It's a longer staircase (12 steps) and we wanted the job completed ASAP. Thomas Hermes was responsive, available immediately, helpful, prompt, efficient, kind, and a quality builder. My husband has built a couple of larger decks before and he was amazed at how quickly Thomas was able to complete the job and with great quality. Within a few hours our staircase is like new and Thomas Hermes charged us a very reasonable fee for his hard work. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality contractor who works hard and effeciently for a fair price. What more could you want?
My job consisted of a hole in my recessed ceiling due to water damage from a leak in my upper AC unit. Another contractor completed the drywall and special texture. Joe was hired to do a faux paint to match the existing wall. Joe called and text immediately after receiving the job from Thumbtack. He was able to accommodate an immediate need because of an event I was having the next day. I have custom faux paint and he worked very hard to match the existing paint. He worked on the paint until my husband and I were satisfied with the job. We plan to hire him for future jobs as needed.
Matthew Little is a professional, courteous, qualified contractor. He has done numerous jobs for me and the last one was a spectacular deck in the trees overlooking the pond! I will use him again and again...my goto contractor! My pics won't upload but Matthew has them!
Kevin is an absolute professional and brings practical solutions to remodeling/carpentry projects. I have done many home and office remodeling projects, and Kevin is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. In addition, Kevin suggested others professional contractors that assited me with plumbing, granite electrical. I highly recommend Kevin for your next project! Michelle Campbell
Mike and his crew are and will always be part of my ongoing projects at my home! Not only was Mike willing to share life experiences with me he was also willing to share his wisdom, his stories, and his family. Most of us think of a general contractor to come to our home and fix whats needed to be fixed, but not only did Mike fix our sad broken fence he shared personal experiences and wanted to make sure he repaired not what was broken he wanted to make sure the Calton name was part of what he was fixing. Calton will be my go to company whenever mother nature strikes or when I have no clue what I'm doing. They were always on time, super polite, cleaned up after the job was done. 100% satisfied customer here. Thankful for this company forever and ever.
Howard is very contentious and did a great job repairing the joists on our deck! He also recommended against a suggestion from the Home Inspector that the new joists be married up to the rotting joists. He said this would give you double the rotting joists! He replaced them instead and I really appreciated his suggestion and candor.
I had them build a deck for my backyard. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend.
Ok so it was for junk removal but he was professional, on time, reasonable and courteous I found out he was a contractor which made my day as he does everything our house is in need of repair ofDry wall and deck repairs are next on our list to call him for.I don't believe he will disappoint.
I hired Goodland Decking to replace approximately half of my total fence. I took estimates from 6 service vendors for this work. I was originally skeptical about hiring Goodland Decking given that I could not find much in terms of reviews of their business. However, in conversation with Seth, he explained that he and his family had recently moved to Colorado from California and were working on getting the business up and going. They have extensive examples of the work they performed in California. I took a chance and hired them, and I'm glad I did. Seth, a carpenter by trade, helped me make an intelligent decision about the selection of materials for my fence including wood type, picket width, post type, and gate dimensions. He works with his father, Ron, who is a mason by trade. The two of them make a great pair. Seth's carpentry experience and Ron's masonry experience blend well. They removed my old fence, installed new posts, railings, and pickets to my specifications. Seth even included an extra-wide picket on the inside to cover the metal fence posts I selected. Although a small touch, it added a lot to the project and speaks to the quality which Seth tries to achieve. Additionally, he identified a few pickets that split when he installed them or otherwise weren't to his standards. He removed and replaced them without me even having to point them out. This is a clear indicator to me that he truly takes pride in his work. Previously, I had a disaster of a gate that could only be opened from one side and wouldn't open all the way. Seth installed a new gate that opened from both sides and leveled the ground out to allow the fence to swing open entirely where it would not previously. He also installed a second gate on another portion of my fence where one did not exist previously to my specifications. In both instances, the fence was built from scratch and he did not use one of those fence "kits" that you see in stores. This was true craftsmanship. Both Seth and Ron were polite, professional, and truly grateful to have earned my business. They were respectful of my pets, my children, and other family at my home. They cleaned up at the end of each day and weren't satisfied until the work met their high standards. I highly recommend Goodland Decking. I'll be contacting Seth in near future for some work I'm planning on my deck.
Mike did a great job on my deck and pergola project. Even though it took longer than expected Mike kept in constant contact with me to coordinate the schedule
