I had a first rate experience with Tim and TL Painting. I would definitely recommend this company for all your interior/exterior painting needs. I live in Houston, TX, and it wasn't easy finding someone to trust to do work for me. Tim instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease from beginning to end. We had some bad renters in our rental house in Colorado Springs, and Tim took care of it like it was his own. He was always available, returned every call, text, email throughout the entire process. He sent me before and after photos each time work was done, and he sent me invoices reflecting payments that were made until the job was complete. Tim's efforts, workmanship, and professionalism are top notch, and he has over 20+ years of experience in the field. He uses only the best products and doesn't waste time or money to get the job done. He's very efficient, and he cleans up himself. He went the extra mile by doing some additional touch ups that weren't in the contract just to make my house look perfect and sell for top dollar. For living more than 900 miles away I can honestly say I was in good hands the entire time and always felt at ease that the job was getting done. Tim also worked with me on payments by requiring a percentage down in order to get the work started, another percentage during, (after sending many before/after photos), and the remainder at the end showing the finished product. Tim is also a huge asset because of the people he know in the industry. He found people for me to do extra work I needed done to make my home presentable to put on the market. He did an outstanding job, and his ability to stay in constant contact with me was very gratifying. These are the reasons I gave TL Painting and Tim 5 stars, and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Great job Tim, and we can't thank you enough! Keep up the good work.

If I could give Tim and his wife more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Simply incredible. He quoted me a price well under what it was worth, and then just went above and beyond. His painting was quick and flawless. He even did baseboards and closets and doors simply because he thought it looked like it needed it, and it did. She cleaned until the house was spotless, and is an absolute miracle worker with stoves and blinds. He even hung up the new blinds I bought and had not gotten around to putting up. It was truly unbelievable. They did twice the work, for half the price, and were very professional. He worked through the weekend and sent invoices promptly. I highly recommend them, and I guarantee you won't regret it. They made PCSing with a toddler a thousand times easier by taking half of the load off of my back. Tim, Teresa, thank you so much for all of your hard work!!

After coming out to look at my project Instead of giving me a bid they asked me to hire a professional, on my own dime,to come out and look at my deck to tell them the code violations. Then when I told them I wasn't going to spend over $100 just to get a bid from them, they told me they wouldn't do the deck.

It is the home owners responsibility to have inspections and permits completed prior to requesting bids in order to receive accurate estimations to meet specifications for major carpentry repair such as this project would require.Original request for this project was for minor carpentry repair and staining\painting.

Did a great job on carpet and blinds as well as other items. Did not clean light fixture in kitchen nor the top of the refrigerator. Also increased the price after the job was done. I would suggest to discuss estimate changes prior to completing work and not after.

Thank you for your review. Your landlord was there and said he never seen the kitchen so clean after pulling out the stove,refrigerator and whipping out all the cupboards. The light fixture could not be cleaned do to the way it was installed and how brittle the fixture was. We choose to leave it alone do to causing damage. He even added extra work just to satisfy his wishes The extra cost came because you did not tell Tim the Owner of TL Painting that the house was 90% carpet with lots of stains. For 350.00 sounds like you got a great deal for a final clean and steam cleaning all the carpet in a 3000 square foot house.It should have costed you a lot more.

    I believe in making the Customer comfortable by answering all questions that they may have and giving additional advice and options without compromising Quality that they can choose from. To make their visions come true. I always work within their budget and deliver professional results. I will beat anyone's estimate as long as it's legit (must have proof) and giving a 2 year warranty.

    I have over 25 years experience in custom homes and commercial painting. Painted at NORAD, Aspen High School and custom homes for Pulte homes that build $500,000 and up custom homes in Overland Park, Kansas

    I have painted homes for Football Players,Doctors,Lawyers,Judges and Brokers.Painted the new Bass Pro shop in Colorado Springs. Painted at Memorial Hospital.
