We had a very successful wedding photo session with Johanna! She is absolutely amazing. We didn’t know which location we wanted, but Johanna went above and beyond to give us many location suggestions with details about each location. She listened to all of our needs and helped us picked a location that met all the requirements. The scenery was breathtaking!! She went to check out the location a couple of times before that day to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible on the big day. I’m very thankful of her for helping me change into my wedding gown at the site as well. She made the whole session enjoyable for all of us. We totally love how the photos turned out and we would totally recommend her to everyone!

Johanna was very easy to communicate with, which was important because we traveled from out of state. She gathered a lot of information about my family and was fully prepared to work with my two toddlers. She gave clear instructions on what to expect that day, from the weather to how to get great shots with kids. We received a large selection of photos to choose from and it was hard to chose because she got took such wonderful photos! She truly captured our family personality and I will treasure these pictures for a long time!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have base prices for each of my sessions, but occasionally there are some additional fees due to travel and other expenses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client inquires about a session, I will send them a brochure about the type of session they are interested in. From there we discuss specifically what they are looking for and how I can best cater to their needs and then fun planning begins!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a photographer that you connect with. One that will listen to your requests and provide you with suggestions that fit your vision. Find a photographer that understands you and is willing to go the extra mile for you. A photographer with great communication and planning will make the entire process stress free and fun.
