Good guy, knows what he's doing!Jul 7, 2018Verified
Had a patch "fixed" on my roof / ceiling around 2 years ago, started leaking the year after and now it looks just as bad. Ended up fixing it myself rather than paying more to get it done again. Edit: Patch job didn't look that good on the inside from the start as you saw, the roof portion I repaired was done how other handymen / roofers recommended and has held up better.Aug 8, 2017Verified
The sent a convict to my house to complete the job. They knew I was in law enforcement.May 5, 2016VerifiedSean W.'s reply
Karen I just wanted to make certain and address this concern. I apologize that the man we employed was a "convict." We give all employees a working interview and normally take them at their word as to their background while we wait for the actual report. This has not been an issue until you pointed out that he had a record. We have since corrected this and now do the working interviews after they are cleared. His crime was not one of a violent nature, but I understand your concern and I can only offer my sincere apologies. Being in law enforcement I understand your position and respect it.
Sean is a great sales man.. He would be fine doing the labor and jobs himself. He is polite and pleasant. However, he needs to make sure his employees provide identification for the business. They need to knock at the door and be prepared for each job. Every project has hiccups, make your decision based on how big they are.Aug 4, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There are too many scenarios to list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Just research. Lots and lots of reading.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father. Growing up we couldnt afford to hire things out so we did everything ourselves. If a family member or friend was in need we would always assist them. I enjoy helping people.
