The Smokinist BBQ

Introduction: I love to make BBQ. I have a mobile setup for parties or events, or I can deliver! Let me know what you'd like. I make smoked brisket (best you'll ever have), smoked chicken (pulled), smoked pork (pulled), smoked pork spareribs, and smoked chicken salad. All meat are smoked and prepared by me. There's no prepackaged stuff. I also make the following: * Potato salad * Carrot raisin salad * Pasta salad * Smoky sweet baked beans (with or without sausage) * Macaroni and cheese * Scalloped potatoes (with or without cheese) All sides are also made by me from scratch. I mostly do small- to medium-sized parties of up to 50 people. But, with enough notice, I can handle larger parties. I don't usually serve. I deliver the food hot and ready or cold in advance with heating instructions. But, I can serve if you'd like me too. I would love to feed your party or event!
