Tim made our house a home. As first-time homeowners, we knew so little about what to do and how to consider the big picture before starting into our project. Tim would discuss all the options and possibilities with us before jumping into anything, while always considering our requests and preferences. Even when the amount of decisions to be made felt overwhelming for me, Tim was patient and walked us through every step. He was never willing to speculate beyond his expertise, but would call in a trusted professional to give him the additional information he needed to make our project a success. Every subcontractor was efficient and trustworthy. Our home is amazing!! From our updated bathroom, open & airy living room and dining room, to our incredible "gourmet" kitchen, I love waking up every morning and enjoying our home to the full.

Remodeling is a truly custom service, every job is different. Dealing with an experienced contractor can help with identifying ways to keeping within your budget, and can also help identify issues that may not be readily apparent to the homeowner. This allows for a very accurate bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding my customers needs and finding the best plan to fit within their budget requires good communication. Making sure of the details before beginning any project can require several meetings to develop a beneficial plan that fills all my customers needs.

3 years vocational school for construction services.
