Introduction: I cover all things wood. I do the design to the standards of the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. The design and plans are drawn at every elevation, and every section of the design is separate for permit applications. For example, a deck would include the footer drawing, frame drawing, height drawing, floor covering drawing, safety rail drawing, electrical outline, etc. I will not duplicate your design. I do not believe in cookie-cutter plans. Everybody should be able to express their wants and own personal taste.
