Stephen Bernstein says, "I was having an issue with Directv. Their tech came out and said I have a voltage leakage problem and I should call in an electrician. Having been an extremely satisfied American Electrician customer, I called them. Don came out, did his thing, and told me there was nothing wrong with my voltage. On an unrelated issue, he then asked to see the whole house surge protector that was installed earlier in the year. He noticed a light was out. He carefully inspected it and said it needed to be replaced, which was covered by the warranty. He then instructed me if I saw anything but 2 green lights on the unit, to call him immediately. As he was leaving,I asked do I pay him or will I be billed for the service call and warranty work. He said there would be no charge because he did not fix anything. Now this is CUSTOMER SERVICE at its best and looking out for us by inspecting a previously installed unit. Thanks Don. Well Done"See more
