About this pro
Well first let me say My name is Paul Duckworth and I am from North Carolina. For the past 30 plus years I have worked in construction. I started out as a framing carpenter building 22000 sq. ft. houses on the lake. Went from building houses to owning a joint venture with my Brother in Law setting up homes and repairing. Later on I went into commercial building, working on Doctor's offices to Gas stations. Built bridges for 2 years and last for 24 years I did surveying and laying out new Hospitals . So as you can see I have been in all forms of construction. I believe that would help give a leg up. I believe that the customer needs to be involved in the process from start to finish. You are number one and you have to be happy with the finished product. That is what separates from the rest. Starting and completing a project is the most enjoyable of all.
Customers rated this pro highly for work quality, punctuality, and professionalism.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My standard pricing runs 65.00 per hour. I have bid jobs on a flat price. I figure in my mileage along with the use of tools plus labor. I also negotiate prices to fit certain budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first and foremost , is introduction. Not a basic idea of what a person wants ,but to know exactly what the project requires and the person expectations. A firm understanding between the contractor and the customer. Keep the customers in the loop every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have taken studies in surveying , concrete, carpentry and all facets of construction at CPCC in North Carolina. Not to mention the years I have been in construction. From houses to bridges and hospital work. I bring a lot of experience and knowledge to the table. Over 30 years
