- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common problems I see are viruses and malware infected computers. I can clean up the system, or back-up and reinstal the operating system on really bad infections. I also offer advice and help take steps to prevent future problems.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise people to call with any questions. All of my initial consultations are free, and we can discuss ideas, problems, and possible solutions. It doesn't hurt to ask, and I can usually help.
