Introduction: Because I believe in taking of the customer. Customer service is everything. I love helping out when it comes to protecting them and their loved ones. There is no better feeling than knowing I prevented someone from breaking into a home and stealing or hurting someone. That's what's important to me and what I do. The different kind of people I meet. The variety of work, it's always different. I also love being able to help people in a difficult situation at times. It's kind of rewarding to put a smile on a person's face, especially when they were not in a smiling mood before I got there.
