I am constantly reading books in the Branding industry. I regularly update my programs, case studies, statistics, etc.

Building their unique Brand DNA -- and then helping them create the construct to live it fully through every facet of their business in a highly multi-sensorial way. See it, feel it, smell it, taste it, live it!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure that you are starting your growth efforts from the inside out. More marketing just puts a short-term band-aid on what the real brand issues are. Create foundational clarity with the brand, its position, its uniqueness, and its "Why" before spending any more money in marketing. You won't believe the impactful difference!
