My passions are to watch marriages recover, to see children laugh again and to support you as you gain insight into how God wants to touch your life. Specialties include work with children, parenting skills, marriages, and groups. This can include everything from healthy boundaries to communication to other--awareness. At Heart Touch, I use a variety of techniques to match all ages and stages of life. Music, art, play, laughter, role-playing, poetry, journaling, talking, prayer and thought stopping are some of these techniques. I look forward to sharing renewed hope!

Meredith has been wonderful for my 14 yr old daughter. Being a teenager is tough these days and Meredith has been very compassionate and understanding. She's helped us to better communicate with each other and given us some great and unique tools to continue on a healthy path. My daughter loves & trusts her as do we.

Meredith has been incredibly helpful to our family. My daughter sees her for CBT to manage ADHD, anxiety, social disorder, and executive functions. She has given us tools to help her and to help us. I've seen her for myself, and feel she is a confidant that I can feel very comfortable with.
