- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Charge in increments of 15 minutes. The clock starts when we leave the shop. Maximum of 20 minutes. Fuel surcharge fee over 30-mile distance. Service fee $125 (under 30-miles), includes box truck any size, shrink wrap, tools, dollies, and floor runners (not carpet shield). Service fees over 30 miles will be calculated at the time of estimate. Clock stops when tools are put away and moving pads are folded (20-30 minutes). Pricing is based on the size of your residence, and how well organized you are. The size of your residence will also depend on team size. Moving a studio takes about 2-3 hours. Team size: 2, at $125 an hour. Moving a one-bedroom apartment usually takes 3-5 hours. Team size: 2, at $125an hour. Moving a two-bedroom takes 3-5 hours. Team size: 2-3 (depending on how many articles you own). Team size 2, at $125 an hour. Or team size 3, at $170 an hour. Moving a three to four-bedroom takes up to 7 hours. Team size: 3 at $170 an hour. Team size four, at $215 an hour (depending on how many articles you own). Moving five or more bedrooms can take 8 to 10 hours. Team size 4, at $215 an hour. Team size 5, at $265 an hour. Team size six, at $305 an hour. (size of the team will depend on how many articles you own). Estimates are free. How are estimates completed: Depending on the size of your residence, we will determine the process of completing your estimate. We may: • Do on-site estimate • Photos • Video Two-hour deposit required. Will apply your deposit to the team cost at the time services are rendered. Deposit is non-refundable.

Upon completing the scope of your project on thumbtack, I get a message in my inbox detailing the details of your move. Once I get your lead, I will send you a message confirming the scope of your project. My reply will also include my business phone number, option to call me upon getting my message, or scheduling a call. You have the option to reply with your phone number, and I can call you as well.
