Introduction: I motivate and push participants to reach new training heights by using MAX interval training in Insanity, P90X, step, kickboxing, aerobics, and cycling classes. I give individuals a safe, challenging and results-driven experience while taking into consideration the special needs of the group by providing modifications when needed. Also, I provide childcare services, youth fitness classes, tutoring, and nannying services.
