I have worked with Liz a couple months now. I started with 1 session a week and moved up to 2 because I was so happy with her work :) she is deft at supervising my form and works with me till I get it right each and every time. I have chronic health issues and form supervision is really important and she does a phenomenal job at it. Her passion for helping people get strong comes through every work out which is well programmed to my specific goals I set . She writes up all her programming and tracks the progression. She finds new exercise options when something doesn’t work well with my hip issue. I am seeing the results in my strength and physique. She emails me resources for nutrition and has a wonderful disposition. I feel very lucky to have found her. I have had many trainers and she reigns again the top now :)

Liz is the kindest and most patient trainer I have come across. Working with her helped me through the “diet culture” mentality to live a healthy lifestyle without restrictions. Anytime I felt I was having a bad day or falling off the wagon, she was always around the corner to remind me that it’s okay if we feel like we aren’t doing well! We get up and keep trying! She is genuinely invested in your goals. I would recommend her over and over again!

Liz is a great trainer. She has helped me regain my health and confidence. Her experience with working one step at a time has worked with me. I am in my sixties and was obese and had the worst of daily habits. Liz taught me to not only attend my training classes but to follow through with my daily routine, one step at a time. I continue to get better and the approach Liz takes with me is not hard at all. Just consistent.

I came to Liz recovering from a major shoulder surgery. I had never been super athletic and gyms intimidated me. Years ago, I had met a PT at a gym who trained me too hard to start off and I ended up hurt and sore for a week afterwards. I thought that was how it was supposed to be. But Liz takes a different strategy. Instead, she focuses on long-term results and really makes sure that I'm enjoying the process, not sore, and seeing results. I have really seen a huge spike in my confidence at the gym, continuing to meet and exceed goals, and become my strongest self yet. But the true testament to how much I've changed with Liz's help is that my teenage daughter asked to train with her as well. She trusted the results, she trusted the process, and she, too, is seeing some great strength gains. Liz takes time to individualize each person's program based on their goals, ability, and effort. She makes sure form is the foundation to good training, and takes her time to make sure I don't get hurt. I look forward to our days at the gym each week, which is a 180 degree change from a year ago.

Liz listens to your needs and formulates a plan based off of your input. Her workouts are great! She understood my physical limitations and was still able to put together a workout that was a challenge without re-injuring anything!
