Mike has not only been an awesome crossfit coach, but also an awesome personal trainer. I have been recovering from 2 injuries and Mike has been helping target the areas that need attention. He's helped me fix my posture, how to do the movements correctly, so i dont re-injure, and get stronger. I have learned so much with him, and what supplements I need to take. Next set up a date and time that works for your first session.
