- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After answering any questions the new, prospective customer has during the initial telephone conservation, I like to set up a meet and greet which is at no cost to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always reading any information I can through books and magazines to stay updated, and also stay current with animal First Aid and CPR. I also managed a boarding kennel at a veterinary hospital for several years.
