FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just like you, I am budget conscious and want to get the best product for my money. I offer flexible options that work with every budget, without compromising quality or service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is really the key to any successful relationship, so after exchanging initial emails and/or phone calls, I like to do a free consultation in person so that I can better understand the wants, needs, desires of the customer, and provide superior creative direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 5 years studying and earning my Bachelors of Fine Art at The Cleveland Institute of Art. Countless hours of color theory, lighting design, and technique were put into practice during my time working with wedding and portrait photographers in Northeast Ohio, as well as my time developing and printing film in commercial photo labs. As a 2D and 3D artist, I have had the extensive experience of photographing my own work and products. Although I've been a full-time photographer since 2011, I still try to learn from the masters and attend various workshops, lectures, and conventions to keep my skills razor sharp and stay on top of the latest technology in the field.
