FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is always a good idea to ask about backround and years of experiance. As well as schooling . Are they members of any trade organizations. Do they hold any national certifications. What kind of warrantee do they provide. Is the warrantee just the manufacturers or do they go above and beyond. Who are the employees ? Are the backround checked. Are they drug tested? All of these are very important. When you call and have first contact , was the contact freindly , listen to your problems, and make yoou feel comfortable ? Was the phone answered by a machine or live person? If you can't speak to a live person who is empathetic to your plight then maybe it is time to move on to the next service company.
