It was such an easy fix from start to finish. Tate was professional and polite. He responded quickly through thumbtack (over a holiday weekend), and we were able to complete the job in 4 days! He had competitive pricing. The PEX pipe repair/leak and faucet change was completed quickly and without difficulty. Everything so far looks and works great!

I had gotten another company to give me a quote for 2 issues we were having. The price I got seemed high so I had Top Tier come out and give me a quote. Tate arrived about 20 minutes later and the quote was reasonable and much MUCH better than the other I received. Both my plumbing issues were fixed and we were happy customers. Will absolutely Top Tier again when needed. Don't hesitate in giving them a call. Wonderful company and workers!

Anyone need a really AMAZING plumber? Save this post.We have lived in Monument for a short time now. We bought our home about a year and a half ago. We live in a log home in the foothills and have a crawl space.One day, in July, while my husband was at work, I was standing near our kitchen/laundry room area and heard the biggest bang ever! Almost like a sound barrier kinda bang, but in our house. I was alarmed and went to go wash my hands so I could look around to see what happened. We had no water. I shut off the breaker to the water heater and called my husband.He came home and we discovered our crawl space was flooded and our water heater burst into pieces. The pipe coming from our well into the house had pressure issues (that we didn't know) and a ton of things went wrong because of it.I contacted a plumbing company late in the day and was told it'll be a few days before they could come. Their main plumber, who at under 30yo holds a master plumber license, was on another call and heard of our dilemma. He came over immediately and told the company to clear his afternoon schedule because we needed help right away. This plumber is a master plumber with all his licensing and certifications and is a REAL HARD WORKER who knows his stuff! Like, he had to be born in another time, because people don't work like he does anymore. It was God-send!He worked on our home for 2 days NON STOP...sun up to sundown and fixed EVERYTHING! He even switched us over from an old boiler system to a new gas on demand hot water system and put in venting and the works! He replaced faucets that were ruined, installed new pipes, new pressure regulator, and more! He just took SUCH GOOD CARE OF US and is now like family.My husband and I totally LOVE this guy and would shout it from the rooftops! We owe him every ounce of praise we can find. His previous employer (the one I called) just switched everyone over to commission pay. YES, COMMISSION PAY ONLY!However, he has scruples and could never work or sell someone something they don't need. He put in his 2 week notice and left the company. Recently, he started his own company and needs to build from scratch. He is honest, fair, and such a smart plumber! Please, keep his name and number for any plumbing work. He and his young family would be so appreciative of any referral....and you would be so appreciative of his talent and kindness. I called Top Tier to have my washing machine water valves fixed. Another company said that I needed the whole valve box replaced. Top Tier was my second opinion and Tate said that my valve levers only could be replaced. It was less than half the cost of the first estimate that I received.
