Extremely disappointed, completed disaster!! Customer service was horrible from beginning to end. Nothing impressed me about the service that was provided or the company. The company is lucky to have the crew foreman that worked on the job. That is the only good thing I can say about this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone!! Ever!!

This customer had her material delivery delayed by 3 hours and was not advised of the delay due to mechanical issues with the delivery supply company. She personally contacted me on that day and was unreasonably upset due to this only reason. Nothing else was ever mentioned at all. We have never been treated like that by any customer out of the 500+ satisfied and repeat customers we have served. Her job was then completed in just 1 day! I was then called by her and received the nicest compliments about what a GREAT job was done on her outdoor living space (stone patio) and how satisfied she was with the outcome of the job and how I personally took over the management of her project. I thanked her for her compliments and sent her out a $100 gift card as an apology for the earlier delay in material delivery. The undeserved meaness of this review is a mystery to me! S.
