FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will schedule a phone conference to discuss your social marketing needs and how I can support the results you are seeking. Then, if you want to move forward, we will schedule a discovery meeting so I can learn more about your business - history, goals, target audience(s), outcomes you are seeking, budget, etc. Social media marketing is strategic - it requires a plan. Your plan will include the following: deliverables, promotions, timeline and budget. From there, I will start working on plan implementation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all sizes of businesses - from small, micro-businesses to large, multi-million dollar companies. No matter what the size or scale of the business, social media marketing takes time and effort to build, engage and sustain a robust campaign that has enough momentum to have a positive impact. I love that "a-ha" moment when business owners really understand the powerful potential of social media and internet marketing!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Social media marketing is the latest evolution of internet communication. Incorporating links, texts, photos, videos and other media, social media sites allow people to connect more easily than ever before and share content in new ways. The ever-evolving social media channels include social networks, blogs, photo-sharing sites, status-based communications, professional networking and social bookmarking. It is highly recommended that every business be engaged in a minimum of three social media platforms. The most common are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram but there are many others. Many businesses such as yours are effectively using social media to: 1. Increase name / brand awareness 2. Increase traffic to your business and website 3. Generate online and offline sales 4. Generate new customers 5. Advertise specials, promotions and events 6. Expand customer service reach 7. Recruit qualified instructors 8. Keep up with the latest trends, news and research 9. Reputation management, and much more! Businesses today need to consider using paid advertising (such as Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and other social media advertising options.) Today's social media markets are cluttered with lots of noise - paid advertising is often the only way your brand will be seen by your target audiences.
