Ms. Aragon loves her work and she puts her all into it. She had a great "bedside manner" when working with us through a number of challenging situations. She helped us understand our options, then made sure our interests were protected, and stayed in touch throughout. I can't imagine where we would be without her.

Reached out to hire her and had a problem with how to pay her and she ghosted me. Left her several messages no response. Very unprofessional.

Valerie canceled on me twice . The first time her day was just too busy and the second time her husband was having emergency surgery. I asked her to pay a deposit to reschedule and she didn’t want to , either through thumbtack or cash app. I apologize Valerie — it’s tax season and there’s a lot of tax returns to file before the 18th of April .
