Introduction: Our initial cleaning of your windows includes hand scraping the glass with specially designed glass scrapers. This helps to remove things like paint spray, bird and spider droppings, pollution and built-up dirt. This extra step might take longer than our competition, but we know you'll be pleased with the results! We may charge extra for excessive paint removal. While we are cleaning your glass, we will also brush away any spider webs or other dirt or dust that is reachable. The window frame and sill will also be wiped clean. In some cases you may need a exterior pressure wash for your window frames to come completely clean. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you notice a spot we missed, don't be shy, please let us know, so we can fix the problem while we're still at your house.
