My husband and I chose to work with Nelli and her company, rather than another, largely because we were impressed with her sense of commitment to her customers as well as her knowledge of the business. She responded the same day we called and provided us with a quote the following day. She also willingly met with us to choose our granite slab as well as our sink. Nelli offered great advice and suggestions and always made us feel like valued customers. Precision Counter Tops, Inc. installed our granite counter tops and an undermount granite composite sink in our kitchen in a timely manner and the installers completed the installation with efficiency, professionalism, and demonstrated an excellent work ethic. Highly recommend Precision Countertops. Nelli was very conscientious in helping us find the right countertop for our master bath - even tough this was a very small job for them. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the typical process with new client is to have a conversation and figure out what client wants and figure out the steps in this progress. The key is time and a lot of people don't know the time it takes. Surprise comes when cabinets come 8 weeks later instead of promised 4. With that said client needs to know the amount of time it will take and be prepared for it
