I've hired Francisco a couple times now. First to replace some whirley vents and some broken concrete tiles. Then fix a leak from the flashing around a skylight. With all the hail and rain in town I was looking at 4-6 weeks to get someone out, but he came the next day. He did a great job at a reasonable price and backs his work with a 2 year leak warranty.

Needed our gutters cleaned in preparation for having the house painted. Obsolete was able to come the same day I requested the estimate and got the job done in an hour! Price was very reasonable. Great service and very courteous. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future needs.

I had Francisco come to our office at the last minute to do some patch work and painting. Not only was he early he did a fabulous job. He was quite and cleaned up when he was finished. The job looks great and we will be using his services for other things.
