Marlon has been a pleasure to work with so far. He is punctual, thorough, and does great work for our company. We will continue to work with him in the future and I would highly recommend him for any of your handyman needs!
Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job building our new front porch. This wasn't a project for an inexperienced contractor, as we had to fire one (due to lack of knowledge and technique) before we met with Gonzalez Construction LLC. Daniel and his team were on time, on budget, and followed the specific permit drawings which were approved. There is no doubt that we will be contacting them again on our upcoming projects. A reliable, truthful, professional, and experienced contractor is hard to find, believe me, save yourself the headache and go with them.
Some of the Masonite-based siding needed replacing in a tight spot behind a porch. Ryan found a quick and elegant solution that I think looks great, and he did it for a reasonable price. He was also able to do it very quickly, on a very cold day and with a great attitude. Liked him, and will likely call him again when something pops up.
Marc built us a beautiful redwood front porch! He kept us involved the entire time and was the most reasonably priced. All of our neighbors are asking for his info! He also worked while we weren't even there and made sure to stay on track even when Home Depot failed to deliver materials on time, he went and got them himself.
Denver decks and covers built a 1200 sq foot deck for us. I can't tell you what an improvement it is over the crumbling wooden porch we had. I love the low maintenance composite and the gorgeous fortress metal railings that were recommended by Denver decks and covers! Our new deck is such an inviting and comfortable place to be, both with visitors and without. I would highly recommend them, as they were professional and timely. They were also respectful of our space, cleaning up after themselves and mindful of their equipment in our yard. Great work!
Installed some blinds on my front porch. I have tried for 2 years and numerous contractors, to get new screen doors for my dining room and bedroom. Michael never gave up and took the time and care to get the job done for me. I am thrilled and thankful for finding him.
Matt did an excellent job on my porch! He had to blend the new with the old and did so brilliantly. Went way out of his way to tend to stufff in the way (landscape, sprinkler heads) and to top it all made a small step for the dog door. Great to work with, does all the work himself and stayed at estimate.
Thomas and team rebuilt and tiled a staircase for us. He was always there when he said he would be, and communicated well throughout the process. I was pleased with the result.
He and his helper did all the work that I asked of them and then some. Our deck roof and front porch have never looked so good. The work at the barn was above and beyond what I expect.
All of the guys were friendly and very responsive. They showed up on time & completed the project when they said they would. We love our new porch & highly recommend DenCo!
TJ is professional, communicative, and does high quality work. He completed a repair to my front porch in short notice and it looks great! Would absolutely hire him again.
We used KJG Construction to complete the remodeling of our outdoor patio, build new pergola and new outdoor kitchen. Great to work with and offer design improvements and suggestions to really make our project pop! Kevin and his team are dependable, reliable, honest, and good communicators. If there is an issue or change or better way to do something, you will hear from him.
Uncle Brian’s Home Improvement in Thornton, Colorado has twice done renovation work in our home. Most recently, he’s completed remodeling an upstairs hall bathroom and a bedroom vanity’/sink. Two years ago he completely redesigned and rebuilt our kitchen by changing the layout of our cabinets, by moving a wall that needlessly hid empty space, and by opening the passage to our dining room. The two of us can now prepare dinner together, because we have space to move and counters to prepare meals. Brian went above and beyond what was expected by gently guiding us toward more contemporary styles yet still allowing for our somewhat old-fashioned tastes. With each and every kitchen and bathroom redo, he has jointly created home spaces unique for each customer. We know this because he invited us to see other homes, in which he has worked. We in turn enjoyed showing off our home. While his estimate was not the cheapest; his higher quality materials and workmanship compared well with more expensive contractors, yet was far from being the most costly. His rates were reasonable. Before Brian, we had company “x” do some work for us, but they gave us few choices and refused to adapt to our tastes or even allow us any changes with their “package deal.” Brian, on the other hand, collaborated with us to achieve our goals. First, he took us shopping to learn our tastes allowing for our budget. Whether working on our complete kitchen or overhauling our small bathrooms, he attended to details, such as insulating our bathroom floor and walls keeping my tub water warm longer and putting a plastic cover over my basement light switch, so we need not run up & down trying to figure out how to turn on the light! Also, he filled in the holes his electrician made in the wall and retextured them, too. He custom built matching bathroom mirrored medicine chests, too. More importantly, he found us bargains, whenever he could. Jen, Brian’s go getter, got us a European style adjustable height shower unit at reduced cost—perfect for our home. She also got us a good deal on an over-the-toilet cabinet to match our new comfort height counters. Brian recommended many inexpensive tile choices from which to choose. When we requested cross-reeded glass for our upper kitchen cabinets, he marvelously matched the square pattern with a glass backsplash that looked made-to-match, pleasing us greatly. Oh, he installed a new front entrance for us, too. Our new Feather River door was reasonably priced saving us money over other brands and giving us natural light in our entranceway. Everything looks great. With our kitchen and bathroom projects concluded, we are already on his waiting list to repair our front porch and perhaps replace our back door. Brian and his assistants, Aaron, Jeremiah, Dave and Jen were polite and attentive to our needs. Each day the men cleaned up their mess—a biggy. Our home now has one, complete and pleasing overall unity. We are repeat customers of Uncle Brian’s and heartily recommend his remodeling business to all Angie’s List subscribers in the North Metro Denver area! P.S. The side of his truck reads, “…like having an uncle in the business”—it’s true! Happy Holidays, Jen
We had David replace 10 screens in our screened in porch. He showed up on time and was very professional and very easy to talk with. Very polite. We feel he did an outstanding job and completed everything in a very short time. If I had any questions he was glad to answer them and was glad to make any changes that I suggested along the way. We plan on having David do additional work for us in the near future and I would highly recommend him.
Remove, repair, repurpose! In the last year Alex Sachanko has completed several jobs in my yard that have been needing to be done but are not within my wheelhouse. I had an old wood deck off my back porch that he tore down. He even clean up the debris that had fallen through the cracks for decades. Then Alex repaired my six foot fence by replacing three broken fence posts with metal post. His long term project was the tear down and building of a new shed from the concrete slab up! The finished shed is almost camouflaged in the corner of the yard which Alex accomplished by repurposing some old fencing I had laying in the yard as siding for the new shed. All of these projects improved the look, feel and value of my property. Thanks for the great craftsmanship, Alex!
Allcon Builders was an enormous help in the remodel of our home. Matt was very easy to work with and allowed us the flexibility we needed to complete the project. He worked extremely hard to finish our project on time especially given the tight timeframe we were working with.
Jerry did a fantastic job painting and restoring my porch for a wedding this summer. Most outstanding is the quality of work.My porch is wood with pickets, decorative rails and a pergola. Jerry and his helpers paid close attention to coverage and quality of their work. They were also a pleasure to have working at my home. I would highly recommend his services
MJ and Denver Mertro Concrete removed and poured a new concrete back patio, they and raised and leveled my front porch.
M2 built our front porch and back deck for me. They really listened to what I was wanting and asked questions about a couple of things I didn’t think of. M2 worked quickly and did excellent, sturdy, beautiful work.
