I was planning this wedding long distance and Karen was great. We spoke on the phone as I googled some different flowers she had in mind. The flowers were so gorgeous, and she even let us borrow some vases for our bouquets.
Carla was great! She was always availible to meet and discuss plans. She was very involved in all of my details. Carla was professional and kept things in line on the day of the wedding. Carla is a great extension to your wedding planning, if you do not want to stress about the little details, the 'what goes where', keeping track of the wedding party, etc....carla is your gal!!
I had the pleasure of working with Mary and her family when planning my wedding this past summer at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. The first time I met with Mary and her daughter to discuss my goals and dreams for the wedding, I could tell that she was going to do whatever it took to make my wedding day memorable. Through her busy schedule she was willing to meet with me several times to ensure that we were all on the same page for what the big day entailed. She went out of her way of finding affordable decorations to make my vision come true. Her daughters were very thoughtful in providing great ideas and insight on decorations and other wedding details. Her husband was very helpful with the technological side of things and offered to be the DJ and M.C. at the wedding. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Mary and her services to any bride or organization who is looking to have an event that is well-planned, organized, and perfect! Mary and her team are genuine, hard-working, and very knowledgable about event planning. Not only is Mary professional, but she is affordable and will provide valuable expertise to make your day exceptional!
They were great! My family drank way more than expected at the wedding and he handled with calmness and made sure to not involve me (the bride) I didn't even know the alcohol was running low until after the wedding because he went and got what he needed and was great about everything! He is organized and has a great fun personality, just what you're looking for in a bartender! I'd highly recommend him again

Gloria helped us plan our wedding and also assisted with making sure everything went smoothly on the big day. From finding a venue to picking out table decor, Gloria helped create a beautiful wedding and was there to assist us with the planning process every step of the way. Typically, Gloria picked out three of her top vendors under each category for us to try (ie: photographer, florist, baker, etc.) All of her choices were superb. She handled communication with all of the vendors, taking all of the stress off of our shoulders. On the day of the wedding, she was in complete control in making sure everything was in its place and went according to plan. We would highly recommend Gloria for all of your wedding planning needs. We could not have had such a beautiful wedding without Gloria!!!

Krista & SeaAnna are magic workers! Every meeting I had with them was so pleasant and honestly I never thought the day of the wedding would be so hectic and they took care of everything and executed my vision. There were a couple of hiccups in my wedding: I forgot to steam the veil and they worked their magic under the hand dryers in the bathroom to make it presentable. My cake bases never made it and they went hunting in the storage room of the venue and managed to setup something similar to what I had planned. On top of it they took photos to make sure some candid moments were captured. And my decorations and flowers which they setup looked STUNNING. My sweetheart table was amazing and everybody was impressed and the whole setup. Loved working with them and hope we can become friends in real life because they were lovely people.
We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her. I needed a hair stylist and make-up artist for my wedding. I didn't know where to look so I put a project on Thumbtack. I got about 6 responses. I decided to go with Emma because she was affordable and she had good work. I was a little worried at first because I have never had a make-up artist before. But she was amazing. She was very nice and helpful! She did such an amazing job with my hair and make-up! I will definitely be calling her for any other events I need her to do! Also recommending her to anyone I know!
We asked Tyler to plan a trip to the Islands of Greece. I did not specify a lot for him except for the budget, and that we wanted unique places to stay. He took this idea and ran with it! Our vacation was absolutely perfect! He put so much thought into all the little details. We found traveling through Tyler Scott Vacations to be stress free and wonderful.
