I had the pleasure of working with Mary and her family when planning my wedding this past summer at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. The first time I met with Mary and her daughter to discuss my goals and dreams for the wedding, I could tell that she was going to do whatever it took to make my wedding day memorable. Through her busy schedule she was willing to meet with me several times to ensure that we were all on the same page for what the big day entailed. She went out of her way of finding affordable decorations to make my vision come true. Her daughters were very thoughtful in providing great ideas and insight on decorations and other wedding details. Her husband was very helpful with the technological side of things and offered to be the DJ and M.C. at the wedding. They were great! My family drank way more than expected at the wedding and he handled with calmness and made sure to not involve me (the bride) I didn't even know the alcohol was running low until after the wedding because he went and got what he needed and was great about everything! He is organized and has a great fun personality, just what you're looking for in a bartender! I'd highly recommend him again

Planning a wedding or event or need on-site event coordination? Call Lata at Invogue Events! Lata helped with on-site coordination for my daughter's Sangeet, Wedding and Reception. She was very professional and made sure that everything was on schedule. We were able to enjoy all the events, knowing that Lata was taking care of everything behind the scenes. Her follow-up skills and attention to detail is exceptional. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of an event planner/on-site event coordinator. Being an artist herself her creativity is an added bonus, and she doesn’t let the clock dictate her working hours. She will do whatever it takes to oversee that the job is done to perfection.

Nicole was the "day of" wedding planner for my daughter's wedding in Estes Park. We live out of state and were planning the wedding long distance. Nicole was incredibly responsive to our needs and delightful to work with. She met with us when we traveled to Estes Park for the final plans, answered every email inquiry timely, appeared early in the morning on the day of the wedding, decorated the outdoor ceremony area and the indoor reception area. She was thorough, talented at decor, efficient, unobtrusive, cheerful, patient and CALM. During the planning sessions she was encouraging and reassuring and (thank goodness) mentioned details we had not yet considered! She listened to my daughter's independent ideas about highlighting wildlife and nature, and then suggested ideas and decor that were perfect! She worked with the D.J. and kept the reception events right on schedule. At the end of the evening, even after a very long day, she packed up the decorations from the reception area and delivered them to our cabin the next morning while we were having the "farewell brunch". Most of our guests were surprised that we had a wedding coordinator present, because she was so professional, she blended in and coordinated everything seamlessly. Although we only booked her for "day of" Nicole went above and beyond and her services far exceeded her cost. If you are planning a wedding, save yourself worry and anxiety and choose Nicole and The Perfect Touch!

My fiancé and I had a very specific and detailed idea of what we wanted for our wedding. We both come from very large Italian families and our wedding had over 800 people in attendance. We wanted a ceremony and reception that was elegant yet fun. And we needed to make sure with a group and room that size that we had enough decorations to fill the room while still staying within budget and within theme. We met with Rhi and Gina after receiving a proposal that exactly matched what we were looking for. Upon meeting them we knew we had found our floral team. They took our ideas, brought additional ideas and suggestions, and transformed everything into a truly memorable and remarkable day for us both. We cannot say enough about what these two provided. Not that we are planning another wedding, but any event that comes up they will definitely be involved with. Many of our guests asked for cards or information on getting in touch with them. They did floral, supplied our linens, And created an ambience that put the finishing touch on our day. Thank you both! We are beyond thrilled with the work that you did for us.

Amanda did a truly great job. We had a particularly complex, DYI wedding with the ceremony and cocktail hour happening in a different place than the reception. And the reception was at my dad's house so no venue staff to help. Amanda knew all the right questions to ask as we prepared and came up with some fantastic additions to our plan. When we showed up to the house from the ceremony the reception was 100% what I had imagined and more. Amanda also had to put some pressure on some of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. She did a great job making sure the entire evening was a success. I couldn't be more thankful to have worked with Amanda and the wedding would not have happened without her hard hard work!

Having Kelly Tracy as our day-of coordinator was by far the best decision we made when planning our wedding. At first we didn’t realize just how many details went into coordinating several different vendors, and it was amazing to have her help out with so many different things. Our wedding day was beyond perfect, and we owe so much of that to Kelly and her meticulous planning and attention to detail - there is no way we would have had such a great day without her. I know our families appreciated having her around as well, as they were able to relax and not worry about things getting done since she was so on top of everything. She met with me a couple of times before the big day in order to get an idea of our wedding day vision and to go over various planning specifics. She had a lot of great ideas on how to make the day a success! She also attended our rehearsal the day before and had everything and everyone organized which really helped with the nerves! You could tell she had put a lot effort into getting everything coordinated, including putting together a detailed day-of timeline that ensured everything went as planned with no problems. She contacted all our vendors prior to the wedding day to make sure we were all on the same page regarding arrival times and other details. On the day of, she set up decorations for the ceremony and reception, worked with the caterer, photographer, delivery people and other vendors, coordinated the timing for the ceremony, helped move around sound equipment, ensured everything stayed on schedule, handed out tip money, made sure everything got into the right car at the end of the day, and even did some announcements for us since we didn’t have a DJ. I’m sure there were many other things she did that I’m not even aware of since I felt we had nothing to worry about with her being there – we could just enjoy our special day! We had many guests and relatives comment about how helpful she was. When we started wedding planning, I wasn’t aware how important it is to have a day-of coordinator, and now I couldn’t imagine doing it without one. TeNeil exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, she made it clear that she would take care of us and our wedding. She asked what my biggest worries were so that she could help mitigate them. One of those worries being my mom. We don’t have the best relationship and TeNeil was able to field all of my mom’s questions and handle her in a polite and friendly manner, making my mom feel special while making sure I wasn’t bothered. It was extremely reassuring to know that, whatever it was, TeNeil had it handled! We told her our vision and she made sure it all came together perfectly! Our wedding was seriously exactly how we wanted it - it was beautiful. We had a large wedding of over 150 guests and a lot of moving parts (she flipped spaces twice in a matter of two hours!). When we booked her, TeNeil’s price was half that of other comparable day-of wedding planners but she definitely did just as much, if not more work, than a more expensive planner. I would recommend TeNeil to anyone getting married or having s large event! She is a pro at what she does, instills confidence in her clients, delivers, and exceeds expectations! I wish I had more photos from our wedding to share, but I was so busy enjoying our wedding that I didn’t take many.... and we haven’t gotten our photos back from our photographer yet. :)

We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Working with Richelle for my wedding was the best decision I could have made. By coincidence, I just happened to have attended 2 parties coordinated by In The Event and Elyse Boule. Both parties were PHENOMENAL! What made them so special? The attention to detail with the planning, the food, the drinks, the decor, the entertainment and the overall vibe. Elyse truly has a knack for understanding what the client loves, what they don't love, and how to make it a memorable experience. The first party was an outdoor graduation party at a private residence (~60 people); the second was an indoor Kentucky Derby Party at a private residence (~30 people). First, the person being honored at the outdoor graduation party loves Cajun food so Elyse arranged for a New Orleans Food Truck to serve up New Orleans cuisine for all the guests right on location (absolutely delicious AND smart - no kitchen clean-up for the host!). She worked with the food truck to design a menu that was adult and kid-friendly. She obtained all the necessary permits for a food truck to stay parked in the neighborhood. She hired a bartender who specializes in making southern-style cocktails (also delicious and smart - no one had to serve themselves). Not only did she arrange the food truck and bartender, she also found a New Orleans-style jazz band to provide entertainment for all the guests. It was a blast! I truly felt like I was on Bourbon Street that night! She mastered the New Orleans theme, just what the client wanted. It was perfect, despite a freak rain storm. Of course, she planned for that too and had already had a tent and heaters out. I did not expect this at a house party. I was expecting a sandwich tray-white sheet cake and balloons graduation party snooze-fest. NOT A CHANCE! Everyone had a blast, no one batted an eye despite the short burst of bad weather and all the guests, including the band, kept on rockin'. The second party was a Kentucky Derby party (indoor). She coordinated a "Best Derby Hat" contest for the ladies and kids, and provided cute prizes for the winners. The food was all Kentucky-inspired, as were the drinks. Each drink glass (in mason jars - perfect!) were labeled with a horse's number so that drinks wouldn't get mixed up. Similar to the first party I attended, it was so clear that this girl pays close attention to the clients' needs/wants and her attention to detail is impeccable. (I hear that she will be planning a wedding for a client soon, and I want to go just for the party even thought I don't know the bride and groom.) There is no doubt in my mind who I will use when I throw my next party, whether it's big or small. I am so glad I found her - you will too!!! Thank you In The Event and Elyse!!! You make parties truly unforgettable.

For more than a year I started thinking on throwing my daughter a Sweet 16 party. As a busy working mom with only experience on little kid's birthday parties I knew I needed the help of a professional. I checked some companies, read reviews but none of them seemed to be what I was looking for, until one day, beginning of this past spring, I found Good Ol'-Fashioned Party and I checked the website, pictures and I knew she could put the party together the way my daughter wanted it. Not only Heather capture the idea when we first met with her but also helped us to create a plan to get all the main pieces together in such short time (less than 4 months). She helped us finding venue, catering, decorations. She was always on point, she advised us, she supported us and guide us when we started getting out of track. Heather is a real professional, down to earth, supportive, creative, incredible helpful, she helped us on last minute projects that I could not take care of myself and she did an amazing job. The party ran very nice and Heather and team were on top of the details, they were always around with a smile and great attitude. They knew all the logistics that most of the time we as guests do not pay attention but make things run nice and smooth. The venue we chose for the party it's really beautiful but with Heather and Cassie's touch the place really was transformed to an amazing elegant reception. Kids had a lot of fun, parents and families had a blast. I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make this dream come true for my daughter and I will be always grateful for everything she did for us before and at the party. She not only can create a beautiful wedding party but also a big special occasion event!! I recommend her service without any hesitation and I plan to use her services in the future and refer her to my friends and family.
