- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a free initial consultation! Our pricing is primarily based on an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every client in our firm is assigned three staff members: an accountant, a tax preparer and a CPA Partner. We start by finding out your individual needs and catering a program to fit. We are very much an "a la carte" firm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We employee multiple CPA's and are also peer reviewed for our audit services.
