- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn the basics. Chords, important changes, strumming, ect. Then some songs you love. Not "coming round the mountain, jingle bells" unless it's Christmas time. No book
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Playing constantly alone and with groups. Studied theory
