- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive in our pricing and will always deliver quality. We do not believe it is a long-term value to our customers to suggest we will always be the lowest bidder. We price according to the requirements to do a quality project. However, our pricing is often much lower than others because we work closely with each customer and manage your budget for the best return on investment. We will help you save money by making wise investment decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will always try to arrange a convenient time to meet and go over the details of your project ASAP, and how you see us best helping. We will create a project management plan for you, and then implement it. We are very adept at creating the best working relationship, from turn key, to just helping with labor or other services you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully trained and experienced in all phases of residential remodeling. We hold VA and Medicaid approvals and are insurance restoration approved. We are certified by ICC for Class "C" Residential Construction, #ICNON133858. Most importantly, incorporating accessibility, and "Universal Design" concepts into your project will guarantee you get the greatest ROI for your investment dollars. We are proud to be Certified Environmental Access Consultants, as well as holding Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist designations.
