Mary is amazing!!! I was impressed from my first conversation with her through the last! She was so incredibly organized and took all the stress off me for the day of. She brought my vision to life and really worked with me on what I did and did not want for the day of. She ran and managed the rehearsal which was such a blessing! She took charge and made sure we all knew where we needed to be- and if you knew my bridal party was very much needed and appreciated! She allowed us to have unlimited phone calls/emails/in person emails. She also drove down to see me and the venue on multiple occasions which was amazing! Her team on the day of was also incredible! They kept us on time without being pushy or overwhelming. They worked so well with the venue and vendor staff as well. My wedding day would NOT have been the same without her. Thank you Mary!!
All I can say is AMAZING things about Christy, We were in a bind and she came through for me just 4 days before my wedding and delivered the most beautiful bouquets ever! She was so sweet and worked with me to make sure every detail was perfect! My bridal party and I had so many people come up and say they were the most beautiful flowers they have ever seen. DJ Archie was the BEST DJ we could have ever possibly asked for!!!! Everyone could not believe how packed our dance floor was from start to finish on our big special night. Archie knew how to read the floor and make everyone happy and moving! Our wedding night would have gone completely different if Archie wasn't up there running his amazing talent and it would have been lame, chaotic, and unorganized without him. He even made important decisions for us last minute that we did not plan (he picked out our amazing Mother/Son and Father/Daughter dance songs right before we went up to dance them)- the song he even picked for our Father/Daughter dance was in a completely different language and he managed to pick the right one that was perfect- my dad loved it and the whole crowd did as well. It was UNBELIEVABLE! We had a multicultural wedding (American and Afghan) and the mix he did of both cultures was so on point, he nailed it! He is also extremely pleasant to be around and one of the nicest people we have ever met- when we did our planning we met with him once over a drink and we knew instantly what good hands we were in! We are those awful clients who picked out everything for songs the night before our wedding and did not plan ahead for anything- Archie made our night smooth and amazing and planned everything perfectly for us! He became one of the biggest reasons why our wedding was so successful. Having Archie as your DJ will be the best decision you ever made for your big night, especially if you want an amazing dance party that everyone will talk about for years! BIG BONUS (noticed after going to a handful of weddings after ours)- he did not run his mouth a bunch and say annoying/stupid things like lots of DJs do, he was always pleasant and to the point when talking and had a smooth/cool demeanor the entire time- it was PERFECT! He goes WAY above and beyond expectations- with Archie you get more than just a DJ! Love this guy, big promise!
I contacted multiple wedding coordinators about 7 months before my wedding and Cheryl Lynn responded to my email within 20 minutes (some coordinators didn't get back to me for a week!) with a detailed list of services she could provide and a very reasonable price. It was her professionalism and enthusiasm that convinced me that she would be the best fit for our wedding. And I was right! Even though I only contracted her for day-of-wedding service, she met with me and my fiance several times, even walking through the venue with us and attending the dress rehearsal. She promptly and patiently answered every phone call and email I sent her, even if it was about something trivial like linens or programs. I came to value her experience and advice so much when negotiating vendors and creating the perfect day. On the day of the wedding, Cheryl Lynn and her staff at An Essential Event were on their game and oversaw so many small details that I was amazed they remembered everything I asked them to take care of - from water bottles for my bridal party to gratuities for my vendors. They were so thoughtful and boxed up some leftovers for my husband and me to take back to our honeymoon suite. The only ripple in the day was that the centerpieces were upside down (to be fair, it was a difficult design feature to assemble), but nobody really noticed except my sister who had purchased them for me. Every one of my guests said they had enjoyed the day, and I can't imagine that it would have been so smooth without Cheryl Lynn and her staff. I truly would have paid three times what I did for this exceptional service, and I wish I had more engaged friends in Denver - I would send them to her in a heartbeat!
Crystal was exactly what I was looking for, for my wedding day! I hired her for the day of the wedding coordinator. She was very responsive right from the beginning. She is very personable and easy to talk to, I felt comfortable with her right from the get go! She was always checking in on me to see how the wedding planning was going, and if I needed help with anything. She came to our rehearsal so that she could see the venue, meet the bridal party, and get an idea for how we wanted everything set up for the wedding day. She took care of everything on my wedding day that I didn't want to have to think about. She literally made me feel like a guest at my own wedding! When I was ready to walk down the aisle everything was absolutely perfect! And she is such a sweetheart, and keeps a calm positive attitude through all the stress! You can tell that she has truly found her calling, she is so passionate about making your day perfect! I cannot thank you enough Crystal!
