- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at the size and depth of detail the customer wants then try to figure a fair flat rate. I prefer a fixed rate so we don't feel hurried and miss details.

Meet and find out what exactly they are looking for and present them with a bid tailored for their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a janitorial services company prior to going out on my own and had many commendations from happy customers.
