We needed a move out cleaning done and after a thorough explains toon of what needed to be cleaned, Minimal cleaning supplies and a regular vacuum was brought. We had to go rent a carpet cleaner along with other various cleaners. Although she was very courteous, we were dissapointed that she came unprepared for the job that was expected. Susan was able to come clean my apartment after another agency on Thumbtack cancelled last minute because they did not want to go get their vacuum and come back to my apartment. Despite being very last minute (and the day of) Susan was able to come and clean my apartment before family came in. She asked me what I wanted done and even gave me tips and pointers on how to keep certain areas clean. I was very impressed with the work and could not have asked for a better service. The house I asked Susan to clean was built more than 100 years ago. For the past 22 years, it has been occupied by two blind adults and their service dogs. It was almost beyond cleaning and it is going on the market for sale next week. Susan and her son, Ben, were given a limited amount of time to do what they could to make this house market-ready. They did a brilliant job! I wish I could post before/after pictures here because that is the only way I could possibly convey what they were up against and what they accomplished.
