Issica and her team arrived on time and worked hard to clean and sanitize my entire house including the windows inside and out. It looks amazing

I hired them just for window cleaning. Issica was very prompt and professional. They arrived right on time. The only hiccup was they left one person to clean all the windows. He did a good job and was meticulous. However, they charge by the hour and I was very concerned about how long it was taking. I reached out and they were able to speed up and assist with pricing. I was very impressed by her willingness to address my concerns. I would hire them again.

Issica was amazing! She was very professional and courteous. Her and her team came in and made my house sparkle and smell amazing! She got the dirt and dust out of all the nooks and crannies that have been neglected for a long time. We also have a whole room of floor to ceiling windows that her and her team cleaned and really made the house sparkle! :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking which is deducted from the total cost of the cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a correct estimate for there home to be cleaned, also how much time it will take to complete the job. We make sure customers understand what cleaning supplies we use and why and if they ok us using them. Lastly, we fill out a customer and client contract, then send a date for the clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education courses that I have taken are with kingsoopers leadership I have 20 years experience. I am a personal trainer, so customer service as well 10+ years. 2 Business courses as well. Cleaning experience I have is 20+ years. I train with PSI education classes monthly.
