I am thrilled with the house cleaning I received from Cordova Cleaning Denver LLC!! They got back to me almost immediately and were able to schedule my job the very next day (which I completely did NOT expect!) They arrived promptly on time, listened to what I wanted done and cheerfully got to work. My house looks and smells amazing, and exceeded my expectations! Cordova Cleaning cleaned our house when we moved. They did such a great job! It was a big house and they stayed late to finish everything. It was pretty dirty too and they made it look as good as new!! I would highly recommend Cordova Cleaning!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking which is deducted from the total cost of the cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a correct estimate for there home to be cleaned, also how much time it will take to complete the job. We make sure customers understand what cleaning supplies we use and why and if they ok us using them. Lastly, we fill out a customer and client contract, then send a date for the clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education courses that I have taken are with kingsoopers leadership I have 20 years experience. I am a personal trainer, so customer service as well 10+ years. 2 Business courses as well. Cleaning experience I have is 20+ years. I train with PSI education classes monthly.
