They are very punctual. Food quality is amazing, nothing but compliments! Communication was quick and they were very responsive. They are very flexible and accommodating. Everything was fresh. ATE is my all time favorite food truck! Amazing quality food with fresh ingredients made and delivered by incredibly skilled and friendly staff. My personal favorites are the Eagle and their green chile. They have taken a classic philly to a whole new level! And every time I eat there I beg for their green chile recipe, which now (much to my excitement!) they sell in jars. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once the connection has been made with the new customer we like to figure out their menu preferences as well as budget. We then go back to create a custom menu for the client for their review. If accepted we then provide a comprehensive invoice detailing all aspects for the customers event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Owner Megan Bennett is professionally trained in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University , she also has her Bachelors in Hotel and Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Both owners have many years in the culinary field. Megan began in her teens working at a catering company. Geno has worked in kitchen since the age of 19. Working every area of a kitchen.
