- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every client is different, every event is different. We never do the same menu twice. Each package is custom tailored to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conversation on phone or in person. We develop a menu and service package based on your event's needs. After the proposal we make any adjustments, move forward with a deposit and contract to secure your date. Final payment will be due either before or on the date of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive chef has over 23 years in the culinary field, our CEO has over 18 years as a chef and 6 years business ownership, our sous chefs have over 15 years in the food industry. Our front of house staff are hired on a referral based system and some have served the president of the united states.
