Introduction: Are you looking for a five-star experience in your own home? Are you tired of coming home to cold hot dog sandwiches and boxed food? Look no further! As a veteran of the food industry, I want to take my experience and expertise right into your own kitchen. I provide full meal preparation and meal planning as well as grocery shopping and kitchen maintenance services. I will work with local farmers to get you the highest-quality produce and meats at the right price. I work closely with a nutritionist to ensure all nutritional goals and sensitivities are met and handled with care. I will show up in the morning, cook your and the kids' breakfast, send them off to school with a hearty lunch, and prepare an easily reheated dinner for you and your family or whatever you may need. My hours are from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. I have a full-time job as a saute chef at Tables Restaurant in Denver, off of 23rd and Kearney. Let me serve you!
