- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer good service at a reasonable price. With discount for Military and thumbtack users.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to look at the project before pricing it every house and/or project is different and explain to my customers the different options and the different cost associated to there project. We service every customer from the beginning of the project to the end, and work hard for there approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have over 30 years of expierence in the HVAC field i have been to numerous schools and classes to keep up with the changes in parts and equipment that needs service or the new installs. We are nate certified and my technicians are EPA certified we also carry a Master Mechanical license in the city of Denver
