Concrete Repair and Maintenance
Very responsive and easy to work with. Working at a General Contractor, if we need concrete work done, I know who I will be going to.May 31, 2019Verified
If you've ever hired a contractor, you know that quality of workmanship is important but what truly makes a company stand out is their level of service. My husband and I recently hired Xavier Development for our backyard remodel project and were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from Terrence and the Xavier team. From the very beginning, we were impressed by Terrence, the company's owner, who met with us to discuss the scope and details of our project. He was knowledgeable, professional and very personable, discussing our options and even suggesting some alternative ideas based on his experience. Our project, without a doubt, was not a large job for this company, but Terrence made us feel valued and respected as clients, instead of (as some contractors approach work) "just another job". The Xavier Development team removed and poured a beautiful walkway down the side of our house as well as a gorgeous back patio. The concrete work itself is very sharp looking and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. We did incur a hiccup or two along the way, but again, Terrence was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating in making sure the work was done exactly to our liking. It is obvious that the company prides itself on service and that is what sets this company apart from other concrete companies in the area. We would highly recommend using Xavier Development for your concrete projects as we are confident that Terrence and his team will work hard to deliver the best product and service for the job.Oct 4, 2016Review from Google
Great to work with as he and his staff are very accommodating. Willing to do small jobs without changing for small concrete delivery, which is very nice. Great work, on time, and reasonably priced. Would hire again.Jun 2, 2019Verified
Concrete Repair and Maintenance
I could not give a more positive review for Terrence and his company. Not only is he extremely professional, punctual and affordable, he was able to fix our patio after our previous contractor ruined our walkway, took our money and changed his number. Terrence will always get our business, I cannot speak higher about his work ethics and professionalism!! Don’t be a skeptic, give him a call!!Jun 2, 2019Verified
Terrence did a wonderful job laying my new driveway. He and his son worked diligently to get the job done in one day before cold weather set in. He was very quick to get me a quote and get me scheduled. It looks terrific.Oct 26, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing will be extremely competitive according to industry standards. We won't always be the cheapest but pride ourselves in having extremely competitive pricing due to low overhead expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we set up a time to meet, discuss and look at the scope of work that's needed. Then we will get back to the customer with a estimate to define what the customer is looking to get done. Then if the customers decides to move forward we will discuss the scope of work and the customer signs a warranty contract. We will require a designate down payment to move forward and get the job started to purchase material and labor for the job. Once the job is completed and the customer likes the end product there will be a final invoice for final payment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Upon approaching college in 1998 my father was a project manager for a concrete company and spent alot of years in the industry prior to retiring. Upon leaving professional football I started working for a large construction company here in the metro area to learn the trade and the ends and out of business. Found myself doing asphalt more than concrete but began to get a lot of request for concrete from customers so was forced to learn the product and process, which allowed me to be able to provide both products and have the experience to know the processes to perform and complete a job efficiently and properly.
