- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No because it's a very complicated pricing system. I prefer to go look at what job needs to be done then come to an agreement on a price with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go look at the scope of work, price it out, if the customer agrees then I get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not really any educational and or training but plenty of experience in the field.
