- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, our customers will call our office and request an estimate. We will then schedule a time that work for the customer. After the scheduling has been done we send out a confirmation email confirming date, time and requested service. We then match the customer with exactly the right Service professional and dispatch that pro at the scheduled time to their home or business. The customer will get another email letting them know we dispatched their pro and he is en-route to their home or office. After arriving the pro will listen to the customer and provide and explain a detailed quote before any work is done. If the customer would like us to begin immediately we gather a authorization signature and complete the desired services. After we have completed the desired services we again will show and explain in simple terms what we did. We will make sure the customer knows and understands what we did. After the service is completed we will collect payment by credit card, cash, check. A few days after our service we will attempt to get a hold of the customer to sure all is well and they were completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a master electrician I have been in the electrical industry for 26 yrs. I am continuously striving to provide excellent customer service, and electrical service. I attend continuing education to keep abreast of new code changes in our industry. I train our service professionals on code changes and help them accomplish their goals in this career of choice.
