- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize our pricing to the specific needs of each event. This process means that our clients get what the actually need to make their event a success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much information as possible about the event, and the program as well as details about the venue. Having as much information as possible in the beginning means that we can put together an accurate and detailed quote for the event. With new customers we require a signed contract, a 50% deposit, and payment in full prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner/COO Stephen Ridgway has nearly 20 years of experience in theater and technical production, and also has an MFA in audio engineering and recording. Owner/CEO Carrie Ridgway has a background in large event production which includes an extensive work history for NASCAR and has worked at multiple NASCAR tracks in operations and security.
