Ted helped me develop a business plan to expand my business. He easily understood what I wanted to do after meeting for just a short time. Once we got started, the process was quite fast, he helped me get the information properly organized and formatted. The way he tied the financial projections to the narrative made the plan a great tool for me to use in visiting with bankers. I was going for a LOC to cover some asset purchases and operating capital. Ted was great to work with and I couldnt have been more pleased with the product (and service) and the price. WGS.

I was going through a divorce and was offered one of the family companies as part of the settlement. My ex was pushing me out and this was his way to do it. I had no way to know what the company was worth. I contacted Ted and soon realized he could help me. Ted told me what to ask for from the company accountant (tax returns, financials) which I was able to get for him right away. Then is less than a week, I had a valuation that included some industry data and other supporting information that made me feel comfortable with the value he came up with.
