I have trained with Neil for approximately 2 years. Certainly from a technical perspective Neil really knows what he is doing. What sets him apart is that he genuinely wants to help you succeed and listens to you. He always pushes you because he believes In you and knows you are capable of more. As someone who has transformed himself, Neil understands and can relate to the challenges his clients face. If you want results and want to see what you are really capable of you need to spend time training with Neil. While there is no shortcut to success, if you give Neil three months and keep up your end of the bargain you will see results. With Neil's help I lost nearly 40 lbs and kept it off which allowed me to complete one of my lifetime bucket list goals of climbing the Grand Teton. Thanks Neil!

After several years of working out through yoga, bootcamp, and spin classes and not getting the results I wanted, I started working out with Neil Rodgers. I have now been working with him twice weekly for the past few months and have noticed significant improvement in my overall strength and endurance and am in the best shape of my life. For the past few years I have also suffered with frequent ankle pain and this has greatly subsided since working out with Neil. Work-outs are very challenging, yet Neil is always mindful of modifications that may be needed due to injury and he does a great job of putting together new work-outs to keep things from becoming monotonous. I continue to get results and love feeling stronger and healthier.

Neil is a fantastic trainer. His quick wit and funny charm have a way of convincing you to do things you never would've thought you would've done… and with a smile on your face. He pushes you just the right amount, between the "this is really easy" and the "I'm going to puke and cry all at the same time this sucks." Working with Neil I learned to love certain exercises (although burpees will never be one of them), and he had the patience to work with me to make sure I was doing everything correctly. He took the time to work with me on certain areas of my body that needed more work, especially in areas that we couldn't work as hard. With his help I achieved goals I never thought were possible. Neil is amazing.

I have been working with Neil for a few years now. He is always full of energy which keeps all of my workouts exciting. He is also great at watching my form so that I don't get hurt. Neil recently changed gyms that he works out of. The new one is clean, easy to get to, and has a ton of equipment. I would suggest Neil to anyone looking to mix up or start their fitness goals.

Neil is an amazing personal trainer and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. Neil helped with my overall fitness goals, including toning, endurance, and strength. He also helped with diet issues and, overall, I learned quite a lot. On top of this, Neil is personable, made training enjoyable (even on the tough days), and the experience was fun. As a trainer, Neil fully understood my goals, as well as my limits – he knew when (and when not to) push. He’s great!
