We really loved working with Forest and his team! We had a very simple bathroom remodel and he treated it as it was a larger project for him. Very responsive and affordable. We met with a few other contractors, and beyond boundaries really blew us away with their references and experience. Would recommend!

We were on a time crunch to renovate a bathroom before an expected baby in two months’ time. Forrest was one of the only GC’s who showed up on time for the initial site visit and was 100% transparent in his estimation of completing the project - meaning he was humble enough to say some issues could come up, but with reasonable certainty he would be able to finish the project. Well, the bathroom is finished - on time - and it looks amazing! Forrest was true to his word on every cost and timing estimation, and we never felt like our project was a tertiary project for his company. He was open to design changes and never fought us on any requests. I was never concerned that we had to keep him on point or withhold funds to motivate the project’s completion. No doubt his services do not come cheap, but given all the poor experiences I’ve heard about other GC’s in this strong renovation market, I’d happily agree to do it over again - and for the same price. Highly recommend.
