- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) New contacts will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire, answering more detailed questions on their event needs. 2) Blush & Bay will create a visual proposal and send to contact as preliminary design options. 3) Detailed pricing associated with decided upon designs will be sent to contact. 4) Changes and updates can be made to design and quote and an in person meeting will take place if contact desires.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My past clients are a diverse group! From high end weddings for couples having a destination wedding or staying in their own backyard, to international and domestically based corporate event planners and senior executives, I have worked with them all to create beautiful events!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who is responsive and keeps your best interest in mind. There are a huge number of options in florals so take the time to make a design exactly what you envision!
